Don't get the goat with poor quality meat. Wild goat that's been clambering around craggy rocks is just the most succulent you could wish for. Much of the goat meat we supply comes from under the big skies of Central Otago where the cold of winter and the heat of summer instills it's own special something into the flavour.

Cuts

We are happy to supply any cut of meat that you're after. Many find that the diced goat is a great option; but minced, diced or as a joint, goat is increasingly popular as a wild game meat.

You should be concerned where your meat comes from. Each and every animal we supply to you is GPS traceable so that you can be certain about what you're getting.
