From small beginnings the company now employs eight staff at its processing site in Invercargill and has contract hunters throughout Southland, Fiordland, and Central Otago.

Full Process Management

All products supplied by Fare Game hunters are processed in their own purpose built export standard processing facility in the heart of Southland. This facility is operated under a Risk Management Plan registered with The Ministry of Primary Industries.  Fare Game has a small dedicated team of professional hunters situated in Southland and Central Otago. With the use of chilled transport they are able to supply the processing facility with high quality premium game 12 months of the year. Fare Game operates its own fleet of trucks and licensed game depots that ensure Fare Game has control of the products ASAP after harvesting all the way through to dispatch to you. This means that not only is this product fully traceable but also gives Fare Game the flexibility to supply any cuts at anytime with quality ganranteed.

Freight
